Steve is responsible for development and management activities for Pinnacle Properties, LLC. He has over twenty years of marketing, development and management expertise in the real estate industry. Steve has been involved with transactions valued at over $350 million and development of more than $300 million. Steve has received the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) and is active in the National NAIOP organization and Urban Land Institute. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he was a Certified Public Accountant specializing in construction and real estate finance.

Doug is responsible for the marketing, leasing and pre-development activities for Pinnacle Properties, LLC. He has over fifteen years of real estate marketing and development experience in the Southeast region. Doug has been involved with transactions in the office, data, retail, and residential product totaling over $200 million.

Ken has been in the residential & commercial construction industry for 14 years. He has worked for Centex Corporation and most recently Myers & Chapman, Inc., a Charlotte-based General Contractor. As Director of Development, Ken is responsible for all of Pinnacle's development activity, working closely with clients from the design phase through the construction process.

Kara maintains and oversees the day-to-day operations of Pinnacle Properties. Additionally, she is closely involved with the financial and legal aspects of current and upcoming projects. Kara spent six years within both the legal and healthcare fields before joining Pinnacle.

Ed joined Pinnacle in 2006 with more than sixteen years of real estate experience managing residential, office, retail and industrial facilities for institutional owners and investors. His background includes the management and leasing for more than six (6) million square feet of investment property and construction management services for projects in excess of $30 million.

Laura joined Pinnacle in 2006 to concentrate on the portfolio of retail and mixed-use projects. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Laura has nine years of experience in retail brokerage. Her specialties include leasing, land sales, tenant representation, site location and surplus properties.

Jenny joined the team in 2006. She is responsible for the creation of marketing materials for all of Pinnacle’s projects. She also spends part of her time assisting with basic office administrative duties. Before coming to Pinnacle Properties, she spent two years in the residential construction business. Jenny has a degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University and has completed multiple marketing internships.

Chris specializes in office and investment properties for Pinnacle Properties, LLC. He came to Pinnacle with 10 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in North and South Carolina.

Matt joined Pinnacle in April 2008. His responsibilities include analyzing potential investment opportunities, modeling current and potential projects, maintaining client and capital source relationships, and facilitating the closing process. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Matt spent four (4) years with Regions Bank in a number of positions from Analyst to Portfolio Manager. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He is currently in the process of obtaining his CCIM designation.
