Pinnacle Properties, LLC signs UPS for Legacy Village

Mooresville, NC -- January 9, 2009—Pinnacle Properties, LLC is pleased to announce UPS as its newest tenant at Legacy Village. UPS will be located in Legacy Village’s first Retail and Office Building located on Fairview Road near the intersection of Lowes Boulevard in Mooresville, NC.
Legacy Village is a new mixed use project located at the mouth of the Lowe’s Home Improvement Headquarters. The project offers great amenities to homeowners in the 78 recently completed townhomes and condominiums.
